Yes. Hobbes meets enterprise-grade security standards and only accesses what it needs to support users. We are currently in the process of receiving SOC2 certification and we work with your team during onboarding to meet your specific requirements.

Hobbes prices per resolution. A resolution is a support session (3+ messages) where the user confirms their issue is resolved or exits without needing more help.
